CyberCloud CallController: searchable voice data for regulated organisations

If you fall under MiFID, PCI DSS or SOX, you cannot simply discard phone calls. They have to be retained, demonstrably, and retrieved on request. In practice that often means an archive that is technically complete but practically unusable: hours of audio with no way to find what you are looking for. CyberCloud CallController was built to close that gap.
Open source as the starting point
The solution rests on an open-source foundation. That is a deliberate choice: organisations can see what happens to their voice data, adapt the solution to their own situation, and are not dependent on a single vendor to reach it. For data you must keep for years, that weighs more heavily than for most software.
From audio to searchable text
Every call is transcribed and then searchable along three lines: who called, who answered, and what was said. That last one is the difference between an archive and a usable archive — searching the content of conversations rather than filenames and timestamps.

Compliance as rules, not as a promise
Retention periods and access rules are built in as rules the system enforces, not as procedures someone has to remember. Who may access what, and how long something is kept, follows from the configuration. In an audit, that is the difference between demonstrating and asserting.

Built on cloud technology
The processing — transcription, analysis, making it searchable — runs on cloud technology, so the environment scales with call volume. An organisation recording a thousand calls a month today and ten thousand next year does not need a new project for it.
